New Training Cohort for Youth Ministry

I’m excited to share with you that I’ve recently joined an educational cohort alongside seven other local youth ministers. This diverse group of dedicated leaders brings together a wealth of experience, fresh perspectives, and a shared passion for ministry with young people. Throughout this journey, we will be learning from each other, with the guidance of professional ministry coaches who will be coaching and encouraging us along the way.

This cohort provides a unique space for us to step back, recharge, and renew our purpose. Together, we’ll explore new ideas, strengthen our approaches, and envision creative ways to connect with and support the youth we serve.

I believe in the power of collaboration and lifelong learning. I’m truly grateful for this opportunity and look forward to bringing the insights, strategies, and renewed energy that come from these sessions back to our church community.
